What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is obligated to promptly inform the franchisor of any potential or actual improvements or modifications to the Branded Business or System that they become aware of. This requirement ensures that Bevaris Alliance can continuously refine and enhance its business model by leveraging the insights and experiences of its franchisees.
This obligation extends beyond just improvements. Bevaris Alliance franchisees must also promptly provide any information they obtain that could favorably or unfavorably affect sales. This includes supplying information about the franchisee's business in the form and at the times the franchisor reasonably requires, as specified in the manual. Franchisees are also required to maintain details of actual and potential customers and provide this information to Bevaris Alliance either electronically or in hard copy, or allow the franchisor immediate electronic access upon request.
These stipulations are typical in franchise agreements, as franchisors rely on franchisees to maintain brand standards, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. By requiring franchisees to disclose potential improvements and relevant business information, Bevaris Alliance aims to foster a collaborative environment where innovation and best practices are shared across the franchise network. This ultimately benefits both the franchisor and the franchisees by strengthening the overall brand and improving business performance.
