What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee cannot employ a manager who has not completed the franchisor's training course. The franchisee must ensure that all employees are trained according to the standards set by Bevaris Alliance.

Specifically, the franchisee is prohibited from employing anyone as a manager who has not completed the training course provided by Bevaris Alliance under clause 9 and been approved by them. This requirement ensures that all managers within the Bevaris Alliance franchise system meet the franchisor's standards for operation and service.

This stipulation is important for prospective franchisees as it highlights the franchisor's control over the management and operation of the franchise. Franchisees must factor in the time and cost associated with training managers, as non-compliance could lead to a breach of the franchise agreement. This also ensures that the quality and standards of the Bevaris Alliance brand are maintained across all franchise locations.
