We established Bevaris Alliance Franchise System, LLC on March 15, 2021, in the State of Delaware as a limited liability company. Bevaris' registered office and principal business address is currently 407 N. Maple Drive, Ground Floor, Suite #1, Beverly Hills, California 90210. The business telephone number for Bevaris is (800) 277-3599. We do business under our corporate name and under the tradename and trademark registration "Bevaris AllianceTM".
Bevaris does not operate other types of businesses. Bevaris may provide its products in varying capacities, including through additional franchising, licensing, or direct sales in the future.
Benice Shamoon owns 100% of the membership interests in Bevaris Alliance Franchise System, LLC.
We have no predecessors or parent companies. Our affiliate, Bevaris Alliance, Inc. (also owned by Benice Shamoon), was incorporated, a California corporation, in California on September 23, 2009.
