What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 FDD, a Bevaris Alliance franchise cannot commence business operations until all relevant employees have completed the required training, as outlined in clause 9 of the franchise agreement. This requirement ensures that all staff members are adequately prepared to uphold the operational standards and service quality expected by Bevaris Alliance.

This stipulation has significant implications for prospective franchisees. It means that franchisees must factor in the time and resources needed to train their employees before the franchise can open its doors. Failing to comply with this requirement could result in a delay in the commencement of operations and potential breaches of the franchise agreement.

Bevaris Alliance offers an initial training program at the Franchisor's designated training site, free of charge for the franchisee and up to two employees. This training covers operation and management, marketing, sales strategies, and product handling. A Franchisor representative will also be present for on-site training on the first day food service at a school begins and the immediately following day. Additional training programs are available for the franchisee and employees at cost, as reasonably required, at a time and place specified by Bevaris Alliance.

This policy is fairly standard in the franchise industry, as franchisors typically require franchisees and their staff to undergo training to ensure consistent service and operational standards across all locations. Franchisees should carefully review the training requirements and costs associated with employee training to accurately assess the initial investment and operational timeline for their Bevaris Alliance franchise.
