We will provide assistance to help you set up Branded Business in all of the following areas:
Operational Guidelines (See Sections 7 through 14 of the Franchise Agreement and the Bevaris Alliance Manual)
Set up and supply of initial inventory (See the Bevaris Alliance Manual)

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, operational guidelines are found within the Bevaris Alliance Manual. Specifically, Item 11 references that Bevaris Alliance will assist franchisees in setting up their Branded Business in compliance with the manual.
The operational guidelines are detailed in Sections 7 through 14 of the Franchise Agreement and the Bevaris Alliance Manual. The manual also contains information on setting up and supplying the initial inventory for the franchise. Bevaris Alliance will provide franchisees with access to one copy of the manual via a computer link, along with written specifications for approved supplies.

Franchisees are expected to adhere to all aspects of the manual to ensure they have all the necessary equipment, supplies, and product inventory to begin their business.
