What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, further training programs are available to franchisees. If a Bevaris Alliance franchisee requests additional training or if the franchisor requires it, the franchisee may be charged a reasonable hourly or daily fee.
In addition to covering the hourly or daily fees for the training itself, the franchisee is also responsible for reimbursing Bevaris Alliance for travel, lodging, and meals associated with the additional training. This means that franchisees should factor in these potential costs when budgeting for ongoing development and support.
This policy is fairly standard in the franchise industry, where franchisors often provide initial training but may charge for supplementary or refresher courses. It is important for prospective Bevaris Alliance franchisees to understand the circumstances under which additional training might be necessary and to clarify the associated costs to avoid unexpected expenses.
