What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bevaris Alliance retains the discretion to send a representative to a franchisee's business under certain conditions. Specifically, a Bevaris Alliance representative will be present for on-site training on the first day food service begins at a school and the immediately following day.
Additionally, Bevaris Alliance may periodically visit a franchisee's business to observe operations. The purpose of these visits is to advise the franchisee on various aspects of the business, including customers, products, vendors, services, equipment, inventory, and operational and sales issues. This suggests that Bevaris Alliance maintains an active role in overseeing and providing guidance to its franchisees.
Furthermore, Bevaris Alliance may send a representative to a franchisee's business to provide additional assistance and guidance, either at the franchisee's request or at Bevaris Alliance's own discretion. However, this additional assistance is provided for a fee, indicating that while Bevaris Alliance offers support, some forms of assistance come at an extra cost to the franchisee. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, where franchisors provide ongoing support but may charge for specialized or intensive assistance.
