Answer from 2024 FDD Document

INITIAL FEES**

You pay an initial fee for a single franchise of $25,000.00. If you acquire a second franchise you will receive a 50% discount off the initial franchise fee (second franchise initial fee of $12,500.00). If you acquire a third or more subsequent franchise(s), each of your initial fees for those additional franchises will receive a 50% discount (third or subsequent franchise(s) initial fee of $12,500.00). The fee may be refundable, in our sole

discretion, and is charged when the Franchise Agreement is signed. All franchisee's must pay this uniform fee.

For franchisees in California, payment of all initial fees is postponed until after all of our initial obligations are complete and you are open for business. Payments made are considered earned and non-refundable when paid.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for a single franchise is $25,000. If a franchisee acquires a second Bevaris Alliance franchise, they will receive a 50% discount on the initial franchise fee, reducing it to $12,500. This discount also applies to the initial franchise fee for any third or subsequent franchises acquired. Therefore, the initial fee for the third franchise and beyond would also be $12,500 each.

This discount on subsequent franchise fees is a common incentive offered by franchisors to encourage existing franchisees to expand their operations. It lowers the barrier to entry for those who have already proven successful within the Bevaris Alliance system. By reducing the initial investment, Bevaris Alliance aims to make it more attractive for franchisees to grow their business and increase the brand's market presence.

It's important to note that the initial franchise fee is generally charged when the Franchise Agreement is signed, and according to the FDD, it may be refundable at Bevaris Alliance's sole discretion. However, for franchisees in California, the payment of all initial fees is postponed until after all of Bevaris Alliance's initial obligations are complete and the franchisee is open for business. Once paid, these fees are considered earned and non-refundable.
