These Food Service Agreements are important because the franchisee must comply with the terms, conditions, covenants, and undertakings outlined within them. The franchisee's business operations, including the location from which they operate, the equipment used, and the standards maintained, must align with the stipulations of these Food Service Agreements.

Furthermore, the hours of operation for the Bevaris Alliance franchise must adhere to what is required by both the franchisor and as set forth in the Food Service Agreements.
