What This Means (2024 FDD)

Based on the 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the FDD does not explicitly state whether Bevaris Alliance considers market saturation when establishing new outlets. However, Bevaris Alliance does assist franchisees in identifying and approving the location of the Branded Business. The FDD also states that there may be an interval of approximately 24 weeks between signing the Franchise Agreement and opening the Branded Business, which may vary based on factors such as the location selected.

Item 1 of the FDD states that Bevaris Alliance competes with independent, franchised, national, and local brands and that the market for the goods and services offered is well established and competitive. Franchisees will face other business risks that could have an adverse effect on their business, including pricing policies of competitors, changes to laws or regulations, changes in supply, cost of, and demand for products, new technologies, seasonality, and competition that provide related products or services.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of how Bevaris Alliance assesses market saturation, a prospective franchisee should ask the franchisor directly about their specific processes and criteria for evaluating market potential and competition when approving a new location. This inquiry should explore the data and analysis Bevaris Alliance uses to ensure a new franchise has a reasonable opportunity for success without significantly impacting existing franchisees.
