What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor may reasonably require franchisees and their employees to attend further training. The franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with this additional training, and it will occur at a time and place specified by Bevaris Alliance.

Bevaris Alliance also specifies that franchisees must ensure their employees attend any further training that the franchisor reasonably requires. If an employee does not successfully complete the training, the franchisee must ensure the training is repeated until successfully completed.

This clause ensures that Bevaris Alliance franchisees and their staff remain up-to-date with the franchisor's standards and operational procedures. While the franchisor determines the necessity, timing, and location of additional training, the franchisee bears the financial responsibility for these sessions. This could potentially add unexpected costs for the franchisee, depending on how often Bevaris Alliance mandates additional training.
