What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be required to attend further training, and these sessions will be charged for by Bevaris Alliance. Specifically, the franchisee must ensure that all employees attend such further training as Bevaris Alliance may reasonably require, and this training will take place at a time and place specified by Bevaris Alliance.
Additionally, if the franchisee requests additional training or if Bevaris Alliance requires it, Bevaris Alliance may charge a reasonable hourly or daily fee. The franchisee will also be responsible for reimbursing Bevaris Alliance for travel, lodging, and meals associated with the additional training.
This means that franchisees should budget for ongoing training expenses for themselves and their employees. The costs can vary depending on the frequency, duration, and location of the training, as well as travel and accommodation costs. Franchisees should inquire about the typical costs and frequency of required additional training to better estimate these potential expenses.
