What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Branded Business' involves marketing, selling, and providing home-cooked meals tailored to the dietary and nutritional needs of students and faculty in private and public schools, including higher learning institutions. Bevaris Alliance franchises contract with schools, institutions, and other businesses to establish a food delivery system, with these contracts then assigned to franchisees.

This business model means that a Bevaris Alliance franchisee will primarily focus on managing the food delivery service within assigned school contracts. The franchisee benefits from the franchisor's established trademarks, service marks, and operational and marketing systems. The initial franchise fee is $5,000 for the first franchise, $3,750 for the second franchise and $2,500 for each franchise thereafter.

Prospective franchisees should understand that their success depends on maintaining the quality and consistency of the food service to meet the standards expected by the schools and institutions they serve. Additionally, franchisees must adhere to the operational and marketing policies set by Bevaris Alliance to maintain brand consistency and customer satisfaction. Franchisees must also consider the initial franchise fees of $5,000 for the first franchise, $3,750 for the second franchise and $2,500 for each franchise thereafter.
