What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with additional training. Specifically, if the franchisee requests additional training or if Bevaris Alliance requires it, the franchisee must pay a reasonable hourly or daily fee for the training itself.
In addition to the training fees, the franchisee is also responsible for reimbursing Bevaris Alliance for travel, lodging, and meals incurred during the additional training. This means that franchisees should budget not only for the direct cost of the training program but also for all associated travel expenses.
This arrangement is fairly standard in the franchise industry, as franchisees are generally expected to cover their own costs for ongoing training and development. Prospective Bevaris Alliance franchisees should consider these potential expenses when evaluating the overall cost of the franchise and ensure they have sufficient capital to cover these costs should additional training be necessary or required.
