What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bevaris Alliance offers several forms of assistance to ensure franchisees are prepared to begin business operations. Bevaris Alliance assists in material aspects of opening a Branded Business, including compliance with the Bevaris Alliance Manual and ensuring the franchisee has the necessary equipment, supplies, and product inventory. Bevaris Alliance also provides the franchisee with a copy of the Bevaris Alliance Manual, which contains operational guidelines and information on setting up the initial inventory.
Prior to the commencement of operations, Bevaris Alliance will identify and approve the business location, provide written specifications for approved supplies in the manual, specify the computer hardware and software to be used, and provide an initial training program for the franchisee and up to two other individuals. The initial training program consists of 26 hours of classroom training and 40 hours of on-the-job training. The classroom training takes place at the corporate office, while the on-the-job training takes place at a school location. A Bevaris Alliance representative will also be present for on-site training on the first day food service at a school begins and the immediately following day.
Bevaris Alliance estimates that the interval between signing the Franchise Agreement and opening the Branded Business is approximately 24 weeks, but this may vary based on factors such as location, training timing, market conditions, remodeling requirements, equipment delivery dates, and local regulations. Bevaris Alliance will also determine when the franchisee has met the requirements to open their Branded Business. This comprehensive support aims to equip franchisees with the knowledge and resources needed for a successful launch.
