What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, prior to or concurrent with the commencement of a franchisee's operations, Bevaris Alliance will undertake several key activities. These include identifying and approving the location of the Branded Business, providing access to one copy of the Bevaris Alliance Manual via a computer link, and providing written specifications or names for approved supplies as detailed in the manual. Bevaris Alliance will also specify the necessary computer hardware, peripheral equipment, and software to be used in the business.

Furthermore, Bevaris Alliance will provide an initial training program before operations begin for the franchisee and up to two other individuals, ensuring that the franchisee and at least one other key management personnel (such as a co-owner, spouse, or assistant manager) attend the training. Finally, Bevaris Alliance will determine when the franchisee has met all the requirements necessary to open their Branded Business.

These activities are designed to ensure that the franchisee is fully prepared and compliant with Bevaris Alliance's standards and operational guidelines before commencing business. The estimated interval between signing the Franchise Agreement and opening the Branded Business is approximately 24 weeks, but this can vary based on factors such as the location, its condition, the timing of initial training, market conditions, necessary upgrades or remodeling, equipment delivery dates, and local laws and regulations. This comprehensive support aims to set up franchisees for success by ensuring they have the necessary knowledge, resources, and approvals in place before starting operations.
