What is the Franchise number for the Better Homes And Gardens Real Estate New Office?

According to the 2025 FDD, the Location Addendum to the Franchise Agreement outlines the process for opening a new Better Homes And Gardens Real Estate branch office. If a franchisee seeks to open a branch office, it will be operated under the terms of the existing Franchise Agreement. The addendum grants the franchisee the right to operate another authorized Branch Office under the terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended by the addendum.

The addendum states that the franchisee has been approved to operate a New Office at a specific location, and that location will have a designated Franchise number. The New Office will commence business under the Better Homes And Gardens Real Estate system on a specified New Office Opening Date.

For the New Office, the requirements to pay Brand Marketing Fund contributions will be governed by the existing Franchise Agreement, subject to annual adjustments as outlined in that agreement. The BMF contribution for each month is due within twenty days after being invoiced. The franchisee will also pay Better Homes And Gardens Real Estate an initial franchise fee for the New Office, as specified in the addendum.
