Your business must at all times be under your on-site supervision or under the on-site supervision of a general manager who has completed our training program, or another supervisor
which you have properly trained. If you need to send a new general manager to our training program, we will charge a fee, which is currently $250 per day.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Better Blend business must operate under the on-site supervision of the franchisee, a general manager who has completed the Better Blend training program, or another supervisor that the franchisee has properly trained.
Better Blend requires either the franchisee or a trained manager to be present at the business location during operating hours. This requirement ensures that someone with adequate knowledge of Better Blend's standards and procedures is always overseeing operations. This is a common practice in franchising, as it helps maintain consistency and quality across all locations.
If a franchisee chooses to hire a general manager, that manager must complete the Better Blend training program. If the franchisee wants to designate another employee as a supervisor, it is the franchisee's responsibility to ensure that the supervisor is properly trained. If a new general manager needs to attend the training program, Better Blend charges a fee of $250 per day for the training.
