Is there a fee for the standard pre-opening training that Better Blend provides?

According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Better Blend does not charge a fee for its standard pre-opening training program. This training is made available to the Principal Executive and up to three other employees. The training takes place at Better Blend's headquarters or at a Better Blend business designated by them. However, franchisees are responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, meal, and other out-of-pocket expenses associated with attending the training.

Better Blend retains the right to modify the length and content of the initial training program based on the experience and skill level of the individuals attending. This flexibility allows Better Blend to tailor the training to the specific needs of each franchisee and their team.

While the initial pre-opening training is provided without a fee, it's important to note that if a franchisee sends an employee to Better Blend's training program after the business has opened, Better Blend may charge its then-current training fee. As of the date of the Franchise Agreement, this fee is $250 per person per day. This additional training fee is something a prospective franchisee should keep in mind for ongoing staff development and training needs after the initial launch of their Better Blend location.
