rience with us or our affiliates.

There is no fee for up to four people to attend training. You must pay the travel and living expenses of people attending training.

You and your general manager (or lead Blender) must attend training. You may send any additional people to training that you want (up to the maximum described above). You must complete training to our satisfaction at least four weeks before opening your business.

Your business must at all times be under your on-site supervision or under the on-site supervision of a general manager who has completed our training program, or another supervisor

which you have properly trained. If you need to send a new general manager to our training program, we will charge a fee, which is currently $250 per day. Otherwise, we do not currently require additional training programs or refresher courses, but we have the right to do so.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, there is no initial training fee for up to four people to attend the training program. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering the travel and living expenses for all attendees. The franchisee and their general manager (or lead Blender) are required to attend the training.

If a new general manager needs to attend the training program in the future, Better Blend charges a fee, which is currently $250 per day. While Better Blend does not currently require additional training programs or refresher courses, they retain the right to implement them in the future.

The initial training program will be held at Better Blend's offices and business location in Cincinnati, Ohio, but Better Blend reserves the right to have franchisees train at another store location. The training classes will be led or supervised by Isaac Hamlin, Jess O'Connor, and Macy Stiles. The training program utilizes the Brand Standards Manual, lectures, discussions, and on-the-job demonstration and practice.
