What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Better Blend 'System' does include optional elements. The definition of the 'System' includes methods, procedures, and standards; plans, specifications, equipment, signage, and trade dress; particular menu items, beverages, products, and services; the Marks; training programs; business knowledge; marketing plans and concepts; and other mandatory or optional elements.
Better Blend Franchising, LLC ('BBF') has the authority to determine these optional elements from time to time. This means that Better Blend retains the flexibility to introduce new components or modify existing ones within the System, and franchisees must adhere to these changes as they are implemented.
For a prospective franchisee, this implies that while certain aspects of the Better Blend business are strictly mandated, others may be subject to change at Better Blend's discretion. It is important for potential franchisees to stay informed about any updates or modifications to the System to ensure compliance and maintain consistency across all Better Blend locations.
