ARTICLE 11. FRANCHISOR RIGHTS
- 11.1 Manual; Modification. The Manual, and any part of the Manual, may be in any form or media determined by BBF. BBF may supplement, revise, or modify the Manual, and BBF may change, add or delete System Standards at any time in its discretion. BBF may inform Franchisee thereof by any method that BBF reasonably deems appropriate (which need not qualify as "notice" under Section 18.9). In the event of any dispute as to the contents of the Manual, BBF's master copy will control.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Better Blend has the right to modify the Brand Standards Manual. Specifically, Better Blend may supplement, revise, or modify the Manual, and change, add, or delete System Standards at any time at its discretion.
Better Blend can inform franchisees of these changes through any method it deems appropriate, without needing to provide formal notice as defined in the franchise agreement. In any dispute about the contents of the Manual, Better Blend's master copy will be the controlling document.
This clause gives Better Blend considerable latitude to adapt its operating procedures and standards. For a franchisee, this means they must stay updated on any changes Better Blend implements and be prepared to adjust their business practices accordingly.
