What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is solely responsible for all hiring decisions and conditions of employment at their Better Blend location. While Better Blend offers support in training employees during the initial opening phase, the ultimate authority for staffing lies with the franchisee.
This means that as a Better Blend franchisee, you have the autonomy to select, manage, and set the terms of employment for your staff.
