What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Better Blend has the right to mandate post-opening training programs for the Principal Executive and other employees. These training programs can be in any format and location that Better Blend determines.
Better Blend may charge a reasonable fee for these training programs. Additionally, Better Blend may require franchisees to provide training programs to their own employees.
If these training programs require travel for the Principal Executive or any other employee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, living, and other related expenses. This could represent a significant ongoing cost for franchisees, especially if Better Blend frequently requires training at distant locations.
