If you are the sole owner of the business, then you are deemed to be the "Principal; Executive". If the business is owned through a corporation or limited liability company, you must designate one owner as your "Principal Executive". The Principal Executive is the owner primarily responsible for the business and has decision-making authority on behalf of the business. The Principal Executive must own at least 30% of the business. The Principal Executive must complete our initial training program. The Principal Executive must complete any post-opening training programs that we develop in the future. The Principal Executive must make reasonable efforts to attend all in-person meetings and remote meetings (such as telephone or video conference calls),

According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are the sole owner of the business, you are considered the "Principal Executive." If the business is owned through a corporation or limited liability company, you must designate one owner as the Principal Executive.

The Principal Executive is the owner primarily responsible for the business and has decision-making authority. To be designated as such, the Principal Executive must own at least 30% of the business. The Principal Executive is required to complete Better Blend's initial training program, as well as any post-opening training programs that Better Blend develops in the future.

Better Blend also requires the Principal Executive to make reasonable efforts to attend all in-person and remote meetings, including regional or national brand conferences, and the Principal Executive cannot miss more than three consecutive required meetings. Additionally, Better Blend may at any time require that the Principal Executive and/or any other employees complete training programs, in any format and in any location determined by Better Blend, and Better Blend may charge a reasonable fee for any training programs.
