What is the permitted use of confidential information for a Better Blend franchisee?

According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must protect the confidentiality of the Brand Standards Manual and other proprietary information. Franchisees are explicitly permitted to use Better Blend's confidential information only for their franchised business. This means that all the knowledge, data, and processes provided by Better Blend are solely for operating the Better Blend franchise.

Better Blend mandates that franchisees adhere to all security procedures for maintaining confidentiality. Franchisees can only disclose confidential information to their employees if it is necessary for the business's operation.
