- I. On-site opening support. We will have a representative provide on-site support for at least three days in connection with your business opening, at our expense (Section 5.2).
We are not obligated to provide opening support for your third or additional locations.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Better Blend will cover the expenses for on-site support during the opening of the first Better Blend location. Specifically, Better Blend will have a representative provide on-site support for a minimum of three days during the business opening, and Better Blend will bear the cost of this support.
This support is a pre-opening obligation that Better Blend provides to new franchisees. However, this on-site opening support at Better Blend's expense is limited to the initial location.
For subsequent locations (third or more), Better Blend is not obligated to provide the same level of on-site support. This means that franchisees opening multiple Better Blend locations should anticipate covering the costs of on-site support for their second, third, and subsequent locations, which could include representative fees, travel, lodging, and other associated expenses.
