What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Better Blend Franchise Disclosure Document, Better Blend will cover the expenses for a representative to provide on-site support for at least three days in connection with the opening of a new Better Blend franchise. This support is provided at Better Blend's expense.

This on-site support is a pre-opening obligation that Better Blend fulfills to assist new franchisees in launching their businesses. However, Better Blend is not obligated to provide opening support for a franchisee's third or any subsequent locations.

After the initial opening, if a franchisee requests in-person support to improve their business or resolve operating problems, Better Blend may provide such support but will charge a fee of $600 per day, plus any out-of-pocket expenses like travel, lodging, and meals for their employees providing the on-site support.
