Who owns the innovations conceived or developed by a Better Blend franchisee related to the business?

According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, any ideas, plans, recipes, improvements, concepts, methods, and techniques related to the Better Blend business that a franchisee conceives or develops automatically become the property of Better Blend.

This means that if a franchisee comes up with a new smoothie recipe, a more efficient way to manage inventory, or any other innovation related to the business, Better Blend will own those innovations. Better Blend has the right to incorporate these innovations into their system for use by all franchisees, without providing any compensation to the franchisee who developed them.
