We issue specifications and standards to you for applicable aspects of the franchise in our Manual and/or in written directives. We may issue new specifications and standards for any aspect of our brand system, or modify existing specifications and standards, at any time by revising our Manual and/or issuing new written directives (which may be communicated to you by any method we choose). What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Better Blend is generally, but not always, expected to evaluate intended changes before issuing new or revised specifications. Specifically, Better Blend may issue new specifications and standards for any aspect of its brand system, or modify existing specifications and standards, at any time by revising its manual and/or issuing new written directives.
Better Blend retains the discretion to introduce changes to specifications and standards as it sees fit. While they will generally evaluate intended changes, they are not obligated to do so. This flexibility allows Better Blend to adapt to market conditions, technological advancements, or other factors that may impact the franchise system.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that Better Blend may conduct limited market testing in one or more outlets before implementing new or revised specifications. This testing period could provide some insight into the potential impact of the changes, but franchisees should still be prepared for adjustments to operational standards and product offerings throughout the term of their franchise agreement.
