ARTICLE 11. FRANCHISOR RIGHTS
- 11.1 Manual; Modification. The Manual, and any part of the Manual, may be in any form or media determined by BBF. BBF may supplement, revise, or modify the Manual, and BBF may change, add or delete System Standards at any time in its discretion. BBF may inform Franchisee thereof by any method that BBF reasonably deems appropriate (which need not qualify as "notice" under Section 18.9). In the event of any dispute as to the contents of the Manual, BBF's master copy will control.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Better Blend has the authority to modify its Manual at any time. The Manual, including any part of it, can be in any form or media that Better Blend determines. Better Blend can supplement, revise, or modify the Manual and change, add, or delete System Standards whenever it chooses.
Better Blend will inform franchisees of these changes through any method it reasonably deems appropriate. This notification method does not necessarily have to qualify as formal "notice" as defined in the franchise agreement.
In the event of a dispute regarding the contents of the Manual, Better Blend's master copy will be the controlling document. This means that franchisees must adhere to the most up-to-date version of the Manual as maintained by Better Blend, even if they are not aware of the changes.
