How many people can attend the Better Blend training without incurring a fee?

There is no fee for up to four people to attend training. You must pay the travel and living expenses of people attending training.
You and your general manager (or lead Blender) must attend training. You may send any additional people to training that you want (up to the maximum described above). You must complete training to our satisfaction at least four weeks before opening your business.
Your business must at all times be under your on-site supervision or under the on-site supervision of a general manager who has completed our training program, or another supervisor

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise training program does not include a training fee for up to four people. However, franchisees are responsible for covering the travel and living expenses for all attendees.
Better Blend requires the franchisee and their general manager (or lead Blender) to attend the training program. The franchisee can send additional people to the training, provided the total number of attendees does not exceed the four-person limit to avoid incurring additional fees.
If a new general manager needs to attend the training program later, Better Blend charges a fee of $250 per day for that additional training. This fee structure for initial and subsequent training programs is a fairly common practice in the franchise industry, as it incentivizes franchisees to adequately train their staff initially while still providing ongoing support when necessary.
