What does Better Blend's 'Manual' refer to?

• "Confidential Information" means all non-public information of or about the System, BBF, and any Better Blend business, including the Manual, all methods for developing and operating the Business, and all non-public plans, data, financial information, recipes, processes, vendor pricing, supply systems, marketing systems, formulas, techniques, designs, layouts, operating procedures, customer data, information and know-how.

• "Manual" means BBF's confidential Brand Standards Manual(s), including any supplements, additions, or revisions from time to time, which may be in any form or media.

"Marketing Fund" means the fund established (or which may be established) by BBF into which Marketing Fund Contributions are deposited.

"Marks" means the trade name and logo contained on the Summary Page, and all other trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos specified by BBF from time to time for use in a Better Blend business.

"Owner" means each person or entity which directly or indirectly owns or controls any equity of Franchisee. If Franchisee is an individual person, then "Owner" means Franchisee.

5.1 Manual. BBF shall make its Manual available to Franchisee in such format as BBF deems appropriate.

5.2 Pre-Opening Assistance.

• (a) Selecting Location. BBF shall provide its criteria for Better Blend locations to Franchisee. BBF will review and advise Franchisee regarding potential locations submitted by Franchisee.

• (a) Franchisee shall obtain and maintain insurance policies in the types and amounts as specified by BBF in the Manual. If not specified in the Manual, Franchisee shall maintain at least the following insurance coverage:
