According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Brand Standards Manual(s) may be in any form or media. This means that Better Blend has the flexibility to provide the manual to franchisees in various formats, such as printed documents, digital files, online portals, videos, or any other medium they deem appropriate. The manual includes any supplements, additions, or revisions made to it over time.

For a prospective franchisee, this implies that they should be prepared to access and utilize the Better Blend manual in whatever format is provided. They should ensure they have the necessary technology or resources to access the manual, whether it's a computer for online access or sufficient storage space for physical copies.
