What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Better Blend Franchise Disclosure Document, Better Blend provides on-site support for a minimum of three days in connection with the opening of the franchisee's business. This support is provided at Better Blend's expense. However, this on-site opening support is only for the initial location. Better Blend is not obligated to provide on-site support for the franchisee's third or any subsequent locations.
This on-site support is one component of Better Blend's pre-opening obligations. Better Blend also provides franchisees with advice regarding site selection, business layout and design, a list of approved suppliers, access to the Brand Standards Manual, an initial training program, business plan review (if requested), and advice on a market introduction plan.
While the FDD specifies the duration of on-site support, prospective franchisees should clarify the specific activities and expertise the Better Blend representative will provide during those three days.
