What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may be charged a non-compliance fee of $500 per instance. This fee is due 'on demand' if any aspect of the franchisee's business is not in compliance with Better Blend's system specifications or the franchise agreement.
Better Blend will provide the franchisee with a 30-day notice to correct the non-compliance. If the franchisee fails to correct the issue within this 30-day period, the $500 fee becomes due immediately.
Furthermore, if the non-compliance continues after the initial fee is assessed, Better Blend may charge an additional $250 per week until the issue is resolved. This highlights the importance of adhering to Better Blend's standards and addressing any non-compliance issues promptly to avoid incurring these fees.
