This Assignment of Brand Accounts (this "Assignment") is executed by the undersigned ("Franchisee") in favor of Better Blend Franchising, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("BBF").
Background Statement: BBF and Franchisee are parties to a Franchise Agreement pursuant to which BBF granted Franchisee a license to operate a Better Blend franchised business (the "Business").

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Better Blend Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are granted a franchise, you are referred to as "Franchisee." This is explicitly stated in several sections of the FDD, particularly in legal contexts such as contracts and agreements.
The title "Franchisee" signifies your role as the recipient of the franchise license, granting you the right to operate a Better Blend business under their established system. This designation is consistent throughout the FDD, especially in documents like the Franchise Agreement, Multi-Unit Development Agreement (MUDA), and other legal attachments.
As the Franchisee, you are bound by the terms and conditions outlined in the Franchise Agreement, which includes adhering to Better Blend's operational standards, using their proprietary systems, and protecting their intellectual property. The FDD also clarifies that if the franchise is owned by a corporation, limited liability company, or other entity, each owner of the franchise entity must sign a Guaranty and Non-Compete Agreement, ensuring that all provisions of the franchise agreement apply to the owners as well.
