What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must submit all proposed advertising and promotional content to Better Blend for written approval at least 14 days before its intended use. This includes various materials like printed ads, promotional items, audio/video advertising, and digital marketing content.

If Better Blend fails to respond to a franchisee's submission of advertising and promotional content within this 14-day timeframe, the material is automatically considered rejected. This means the franchisee cannot use the submitted advertising or promotional content.

Better Blend retains the right to approve or disapprove any advertising and promotional content, as well as the media channels in which the franchisee plans to use them, at their sole discretion. Additionally, Better Blend can require a franchisee to stop using any advertising and promotional content for any reason, giving them significant control over marketing and advertising efforts at the franchise level.
