What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees generally must submit all advertising and marketing materials for written approval before use. However, this requirement does not apply to advertising or marketing materials that Better Blend furnishes to the franchisee or as otherwise provided in the Brand Standards Manual.
Better Blend maintains control over digital marketing efforts. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring that all advertising and marketing materials are clear, factual, ethical, and not misleading. These materials must also comply with Better Blend's brand standards and all applicable laws.
This requirement ensures brand consistency and legal compliance across all Better Blend locations. Prospective franchisees should carefully review the Brand Standards Manual to understand the specific guidelines and pre-approved materials available, as well as the process for submitting materials for approval. Understanding these requirements is crucial for effective local marketing while staying within the bounds of the franchise agreement.
