What is the Better Blend Franchisee's responsibility regarding the number of personnel?

7.5 Personnel.
- (a) Management. The Business must at all times be under the on-site supervision of the Principal Executive or a general manager who has completed BBF's training program, or another supervisor which Franchisee has properly trained.
- (b) Service. Franchisee shall cause its personnel to render competent and courteous service to all customers and members of the public.
- (c) Appearance. Franchisee shall cause its personnel to comply with any dress attire, uniform, personal appearance, and hygiene standards set forth in the Manual.
- (d) Qualifications. BBF may set minimum qualifications for categories of employees employed by Franchisee.
- (e) Staffing. Franchisee must hire or engage a sufficient number of personnel to service its volume of business, and Franchisee must comply with any System Standards regarding staffing levels.
- (f) Sole Responsibility. Franchisee is solely responsible for all hiring decisions and all terms and conditions of employment of all of its personnel, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, compensation, and termination. Franchisee is solely responsible for all actions of its personnel. Franchisee and BBF are not joint employers, and no employee of Franchisee will be an agent or employee of BBF. Within seven days of BBF's request, Franchisee and each of its employees shall sign an acknowledgment form stating that Franchisee alone (and not BBF) is the employee's sole employer. Franchisee shall use its legal name on all documents with its employees and independent contractors, including, but not limited to, employment applications, timecards, pay checks, and employment and independent contractor agreements, and Franchisee shall not use the Marks on any of these documents.

Franchisees and their employees must acknowledge via a signed form that the franchisee is the sole employer and not Better Blend. Better Blend may also require the Principal Executive or other employees to complete additional training programs, for which the franchisee may be charged a fee and must cover all associated travel and living expenses.
