Where should a Better Blend franchisee in Ohio mail or deliver a cancellation notice?

According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, an Ohio franchisee can cancel the franchise agreement within five business days of signing it. To do so, the franchisee must mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of the cancellation notice, any other written notice, or send a telegram to Better Blend Franchising, LLC.

The address for mailing or delivering the cancellation notice is 345 W. 4th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Alternatively, the franchisee can send an email to isaac.hamlin@betterblendnutrition.com. The cancellation notice must be sent before midnight of the fifth business day after signing the agreement.

It's important to note that upon cancellation, Better Blend will return any payments made by the franchisee and cancel any security interest within ten business days of receiving the cancellation notice. The franchisee must also make available to Better Blend all goods delivered under the agreement at the franchisee's business address. If Better Blend does not pick up the goods within twenty days of the cancellation notice, the franchisee may retain or dispose of them without further obligation. Failure to make the goods available or return them as agreed will result in the franchisee remaining liable for all obligations under the Franchise Agreement.
