What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Better Blend Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to offer for sale only those menu items, beverages, goods, and services that Better Blend has approved. Furthermore, franchisees must offer all menu items, beverages, goods, and services that Better Blend requires.
Better Blend retains the right to change the types of authorized menu items, beverages, goods, and services, and there are no limitations on their right to make these changes. This means that while a franchisee can only sell approved items, Better Blend has the authority to modify the approved offerings at any time.
This provision ensures uniformity across all Better Blend franchise locations and allows Better Blend to maintain brand consistency and quality control. However, it also means that franchisees have limited autonomy in deciding what they can sell and must adapt to changes implemented by Better Blend. Prospective franchisees should consider this when evaluating the level of control they will have over their business's offerings.
