What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is required to maintain the business in good condition and perform necessary maintenance.
Before making any alterations or replacements to the equipment, fixtures, furniture, signs, décor, or other aspects of the interior or exterior of the Better Blend business, a franchisee must comply with all applicable System Standards. Alternatively, the franchisee can seek prior approval from Better Blend Franchising (BBF) before proceeding with any changes.
This requirement ensures that all Better Blend locations maintain a consistent brand image and meet the franchisor's standards. Franchisees need to be aware of these stipulations to avoid violating the franchise agreement and potentially facing penalties. It is important to consult the System Standards and communicate with Better Blend to ensure compliance before undertaking any modifications to the business premises.
