What form does the Location Acceptance Letter from Better Blend take?

According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Location Acceptance Letter that Better Blend issues when they accept a proposed site takes the form of Attachment 2 to the Franchise Agreement.

Prior to opening a Better Blend franchise, franchisees are responsible for finding a potential site and submitting it to Better Blend for approval, along with all required information and documents. Better Blend does not select the site for the franchisee. Better Blend will review and advise franchisees regarding potential locations that are submitted to them.

Better Blend considers factors such as general location and neighborhood, competition, trade area demographics, traffic patterns, parking, size, physical characteristics of existing buildings, and lease terms when approving sites. Better Blend has 30 days to approve or disapprove a proposed site after the franchisee submits all required documents and information. If Better Blend and the franchisee cannot agree on a site, and unless Better Blend agrees to extend the deadline, the franchisee will be in default and Better Blend may terminate the franchise agreement.
