What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, when a franchisee submits a potential site for approval, Better Blend considers several factors. These include the general location and neighborhood, the level of competition in the area, trade area demographics, traffic patterns, parking availability, the size and physical characteristics of existing buildings, and the lease terms associated with the site.

Better Blend will review and advise franchisees regarding potential locations that are submitted. However, Better Blend is not obligated to further assist in locating a site or negotiating the purchase or lease of the site. The franchisee is responsible for finding a potential site and submitting it to Better Blend for approval, along with all required information and documents.

Better Blend has 30 days to approve or disapprove a proposed site after receiving all necessary documents and information from the franchisee. If Better Blend and the franchisee cannot agree on a site, and unless an extension is agreed upon, the franchisee may be in default of the franchise agreement, potentially leading to termination.
