Better Blend's training program is held at their offices and business location in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company reserves the right to modify the training program's length and content based on the attendee's experience and skill level. They also reserve the right to have franchisees train at a store other than the Cincinnati, OH location.
The training program includes the Brand Standards Manual, lectures, discussions, on-the-job demonstrations, and practice. Up to four people can attend the training program at no charge, but the franchisee is responsible for travel and living expenses. The franchisee and their general manager (or lead Blender) must attend the training, and the training must be completed to Better Blend's satisfaction at least four weeks before opening the business.
