- (e) Pre-Opening Training. BBF shall make available its standard pre-opening training to the Principal Executive and up to three other employees, at BBF's headquarters and/or at a Better Blend business designated by BBF. BBF shall not charge any fee for this training. Franchisee is responsible for its own travel, lodging, meal, and other out-of-pocket expenses. BBF reserves the right to vary the length and content of the initial training program based on the experience and skill level of any individual attending the program.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard pre-opening training is available to the Principal Executive and up to three other employees. This training takes place at Better Blend's headquarters or at a Better Blend business designated by them.
Better Blend does not charge a fee for this initial training program. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of travel, lodging, meals, and any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred while attending the training.
Better Blend retains the right to modify the length and content of the training program based on the experience and skill level of the individuals attending. This allows Better Blend to tailor the training to the specific needs of each franchisee and their team, ensuring they are adequately prepared to operate their Better Blend business.
