What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, an 'Approved Vendor' is defined as a supplier, vendor, or distributor of inputs that has been approved by BBF. Inputs are items that Better Blend franchisees are required to acquire for their business.

Better Blend franchisees may be required to purchase or lease inputs from Better Blend, Better Blend's designee, required vendors, approved vendors, or under Better Blend's specifications. Better Blend retains the right to change these requirements or the status of any vendor by issuing updated System Standards.

If Better Blend requires franchisees to purchase a particular input only from an approved vendor or required vendor, and a franchisee wants to use a different vendor, the franchisee must submit a written request for approval along with any information, specifications, or samples requested by Better Blend. Better Blend has the sole discretion to approve or disapprove the alternative vendor. Approval may be conditional, based on evaluations of the vendor's capacity, quality, financial stability, reputation, and reliability, as well as inspections, product testing, and performance reviews. Better Blend will provide written notification of approval or disapproval within 30 days of receiving the franchisee's request.
