What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not currently required to attend additional training programs or refresher courses. However, Better Blend retains the right to mandate such training in the future.
Better Blend does require that the franchisee and their general manager (or lead Blender) attend the initial training program. If a new general manager needs training, Better Blend charges a fee of $250 per day for the training. The initial training is held at Better Blend's offices and business location in Cincinnati, Ohio, and the company anticipates holding these classes two to four times per year.
This policy provides some flexibility for franchisees, as they won't be automatically required to participate in ongoing training programs. However, franchisees should be aware that Better Blend reserves the right to implement mandatory additional training or refresher courses at its discretion, which could involve additional time and expense.
