What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Better Blend's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, an 'Approved Vendor' is defined as a supplier, vendor, or distributor of inputs that has been approved by Better Blend.
Better Blend will provide a list of approved vendors for equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory, and supplies to open the business. This list helps franchisees source necessary items to begin operations.
Using approved vendors ensures that franchisees meet Better Blend's standards and specifications for quality and consistency across all franchise locations. It is a common practice in franchising to maintain brand standards and operational efficiency. Franchisees are generally required to purchase from these approved vendors, but it is important to understand the specific requirements and restrictions outlined in the Franchise Agreement.
